Job summary

Naffco in Dubai is seeking an experienced BIM Modeler specialized in fire rated doors, steel doors, wooden doors, windows, and joinery for projects across the UAE. You will develop detailed BIM models and coordinate with design teams to meet UAE Civil Defence requirements.

The role demands proficiency in Revit and BIM coordination, plus the ability to produce shop and installation drawings while aligning with project documentation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a BIM Modeler in doors or joinery projects.
• Strong knowledge of Revit and BIM coordination.
• Solid understanding of UAE fire safety codes and Civil Defence regulations.
• Based in UAE with immediate or short notice availability.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed BIM models for fire doors, steel doors, wooden doors, windows, and joinery systems
• Coordinate with design, technical, and project teams to ensure compliance with UAE Civil Defence regulations
• Prepare accurate shop drawings, as-built drawings, and installation drawings
• Collaborate on project submittals, material approvals, and design documentation
• Ensure BIM models integrate seamlessly with other project disciplines
