Responsibilities

1. Defining the business requirements and associated processes to deliver BIM.
2. Create the launch plan ensuring all departments are prepared for product releases.
3. Develop CDE for all BIM web properties.
4. Coordinate, negotiate, develop and support the execution of the BIM plan for all team members.
5. Collect communication requirements from project management and deliver execution plan.
6. Maintaining and enhancing the BIM elements of the client CDE including processes and procedures to enable reliable information exchange between the Main Works Contractors and the project delivery teams.
7. Shall check the work of junior members of the team.
8. Providing assistance to project teams in preparing bids with 3D (and BIM) requirements.
9. Providing services to kick off a 3D (BIM) enabled project including developing the BIM Execution Plan.
10. Review competencies of resource and suggest way forward plan for training and/or recruitment.
11. Develop a team of BIM modelers/consultants to provide technical assistance to project delivery.
12. Delivering supply chain workshops to enable the project team to collaborate.
13. Optimization, creation and management of content for Revit and Revit families.
14. Coordinate development of project Navisworks federated model to be used for 4D/5D simulation of project phasing and logistics coordination on large programs.
