An established industry player is seeking a skilled BIM Manager to lead the integration of Building Information Modeling into their projects. The BIM Manager's role is to understand and communicate how BIM will affect project workflows, deliverables, and project management throughout KZC. The primary responsibility is to manage and coordinate BIM standards development, implementation, and enforcement on all related BIM projects, files, and models, for both our Commercial and Industrial groups. This will include the development of a work plan/roadmap for the development, implementation, and quality assurance checks needed for full BIM integration with KZC projects. Also involved in reviewing and compiling documentation for the design of internal spaces, including demolition, structural alterations if needed, furnishings, fixtures and fittings, lighting, and general design documents.
The BIM Manager prepares and executes all documentation and drawings overseeing these aspects of the project from beginning to end. Review BEP and provide comments enhancing the process. Ensures successful project completion of BIM deliverables that are timely and accurate and drive operational efficiency. Collaborate and coordinate with other consultants BIM requirements.
Must successfully deliver projects from the Concept to the Completion stage. Comprehensive experience in Hospitality projects. Experienced in implementing interiors and working details from LOD 100 to LOD 400.
