Job summary

AECOM in Abu Dhabi is seeking a BIM Manager to lead the development, implementation and quality control of BIM standards and processes across construction projects. You will oversee BIM models, shop drawings and related workflows to meet project requirements.

You will coordinate with architects, engineers and contractors, provide training, and stay updated on BIM advancements. The role emphasizes ensuring model accuracy, timely deliverables, and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture/Engineering/Construction Management or related field.
• Extensive experience with BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD and Navisworks.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and shop drawing requirements.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Job Summary:

The BIM Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes and standards for construction projects. Key Responsibilities:

  • Model Management:
  
  
  • Oversee the creation maintenance and updating of BIM models.
  
  
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of BIM models and shop drawings.

  • Conduct quality control checks on BIM models and shop drawings to ensure they meet project specifications.
