• Lead the development and implementation of BIM strategies across projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and industry standards.
• Coordinate and manage multidisciplinary teams to facilitate effective collaboration and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee the creation and management of detailed BIM models, ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with project specifications.
• Implement best practices in BIM processes and workflows, continuously seeking improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
• Work closely with project managers to integrate BIM processes into project schedules and deliverables, ensuring timely completion.
• Develop and maintain BIM documentation, including protocols, standards, and templates, to standardize processes across projects.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field, with a strong foundation in BIM principles and practices.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in BIM management or coordination, preferably in large-scale construction projects.
• Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360, ensuring high-quality model development and management.
• Fluency in Mandarin & English mandatory, with additional language skills being an advantage in a multicultural work environment.
