BIM Interior Design Lead - High End Hospitality

Connexa Recruitment are working in partnership with an award-winning High End Hospitality International Architectural Design practice who are looking for an BIM Interior Design Lead in there head office in Dubai.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and innovative BIM Interior Design Lead with a strong background in high-end hospitality and 5* Luxury projects. This role requires a detail-oriented and technically proficient professional who can lead the integration of Building Information Modeling (BIM) into the interior design process, ensuring design excellence, technical accuracy, and efficient project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of BIM workflows specific to interior design within luxury hospitality environments.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams (architecture, MEP, structural) to maintain coordinated BIM models throughout all project phases.
• Establish and maintain BIM standards, templates, and content libraries tailored for interior design.
• Oversee the production of high-quality BIM models and detailed drawing packages from concept through construction.
• Ensure interior design documentation meets all project requirements and aligns with brand standards and client expectations.
• Provide quality control for interior BIM models, ensuring accuracy, constructability, and compliance with project goals.
• Mentor and support junior designers and BIM technicians in best practices.
• Coordinate with BIM managers and project stakeholders to streamline workflows and optimize model efficiency.
• Lead BIM-related training sessions and workshops for the interior design team.
• Support the interior design team in visualizing and presenting spatial concepts using BIM tools.
• Translate conceptual ideas into detailed 3D models and construction-ready documents.
• Maintain design intent while implementing technical detailing and material specifications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in interior design with a focus on high-end hospitality/ 5* Luxury projects.
• 3+ years of experience in a BIM leadership or coordination role.
• Expert proficiency in Revit and other BIM-related tools (Navisworks, Enscape, Rhino, AutoCAD, etc.).
• Strong understanding of FF&E, materiality, interior construction, and detailing.
• Knowledge of international hospitality standards, codes, and luxury brand aesthetics.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
