For our Dubai office, we are looking for:

BIM Engineer - Roads and Highways - 100% (m / f)

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 7 years of experience in BIM for infrastructure projects and excellent communication skills. The candidate should have experience and be willing to train Junior Engineers.

Responsibilities :

• Expertise in BIM software, including Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D, Infraworks, BIM 360, ACC, and other relevant 3D modeling tools.
• Contribute to preparing digital models.
• Collaborate with project teams for effective model integration.
• Strong understanding of LOD requirements and BIM workflows.
• Prepare schematic, detailed design, and IFC packages in coordination with the design team.
• Basic knowledge of road design.
• Work in a multi-disciplinary environment.
• Advanced skills in clash detection, design review, and model coordination to ensure high accuracy and project alignment.
• Asset classification in BIM.
• Develop and maintain BIM documentation aligned with international and company standards. Facilitate BIM coordination meetings, digital design workshops, and lessons learned sessions.
• Support design engineers from concept to detailed design stages.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's / master's degree in civil engineering or equivalent.
• BIM-related certification preferred.
• Previous consultancy experience advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills with 5–10 years of industry experience in BIM coordination.
• GCC work experience is advantageous.
• Middle East experience preferred.
