BIM Electrical Modelers

• Develop Building Information Model (BIM) for the MEP services.
• Develop 2D drawing based on the coordinated BIM.
• Sheet setup in Revit & Export 2D from 3D Model.
• 3D modelling, drafting and detailing.
• Preparation of Shop drawings, IFC drawings of Power, Lighting, Central battery based Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarm, Telephone, CCTV & Access Control System layout, etc.
• Preparation of the Single line diagram as per standards.
• Prepare bill of quantities.
• Coordination of MEP services.
• Design structured cabling system.
• Preparation of technical / project reports and documentation of the project.
