AtkinsRalis is seeking a Technical Engineering Manager (BIM / GIS / Smart Cities / Digital Twin) based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. You will lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers, data scientists and developers, delivering complex smart city projects from concept through deployment.

The role requires deep technical expertise in BIM GIS and digital twin platforms, strong leadership, and a track record of managing large-scale engineering initiatives in Abu Dhabi or similar markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in civil engineering or geospatial science; Masters/PhD preferred.
• 15+ years in smart cities BIM GIS or digital twin related fields.
• Proven track record leading complex engineering projects and teams in Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities

• Lead mentor and manage a team of engineers, developers and data scientists.
• Oversee BIM GIS and digital twin projects for smart city initiatives.
• Develop detailed project plans, budgets, timelines and resources.
• Provide technical leadership in design integration and cybersecurity measures.
• Engage stakeholders and present technical updates to senior management.
