Job summary

TalentOne in Abu Dhabi is seeking a BIM – Coordinator, Mechanical/Electrical & Revit Modeler to develop and maintain MEP and BMS models using Revit and BIM tools on major projects.

You will perform clash detection, coordinate with other disciplines, produce shop drawings, layouts and schedules, and ensure model accuracy and revisions align with BIM requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in MEP, BMS, electromechanical.
• UAE experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update coordinated MEP and BMS models using Revit and relevant BIM tools.
• Conduct clash detection and resolve coordination issues with other disciplines.

Mandatory Requirement for all positions:

• Minimum 5 year experience in relevant field (MEP, BMS, Electromechanical).
