For our new office in Dubai, we are looking for:

Ideal candidates will have experience in optimizing workflows with Dynamo.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate a portfolio of infrastructure projects working as BIM Coordinator.
• Provide Common Data Environment administration to project teams, oversee permissions, and handle model setup in ACC / BIM360 and/or ProjectWise.
• Experience in executing multi-discipline coordination, clash detection, and issue management, as well as advanced proficiency in Autodesk Navisworks, Revit, and/or ACC Model Coordination. Additionally, coordinating IFC output from other software platforms such as Tekla Structures, Bentley, Allplan, etc.
• Support the development and creation of intelligent object content libraries & templates (parametric Revit families, Revit templates, etc.), and aid in maintaining PINI's content management repositories.
• Coordinate smart object metadata and classification codes with asset information.

Requirements:

• A degree in any engineering or architectural field.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in working in a digital/BIM environment.
• At least 2 years in acting as a BIM Coordinator on projects.
• Proficient in English (both oral and written), adept at collaboration, mentoring, and possessing exceptional communication skills.
• GCC experience is preferable.
