Job description

Job Title: BIM Coordinator

We are seeking an immediate joiner for the position of BIM Coordinator with a minimum of 3 years of experience.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience as a BIM Coordinator and Quantity Surveyor (QS)
• At least 3 years of experience working in Civil and MEP projects
• Proficient in Revit and BIM 360 applications
• Team player with leadership abilities in a multinational, multi-disciplinary organization
• Fluent in English
• Experience in consultancy is preferred
• Experience with Cost-X software is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee BIM workflows, protocols, and standards within the QS Department
• Coordinate with the BIM Lead from the client
• Ensure compliance with company CAD/BIM standards and protocols
• Participate in coordination meetings with project stakeholders
• Conduct early design reviews and constructability analyses, raising queries for missing details
• Manage and update BIM project documents for Civil and MEP
• Extract and verify quantities from 3D models
• Handle 5D costing and related work
• Update cost plans using BIM
• Experience with BIM costing software
• Create estimates and cost plans for key projects
• Participate actively in the tender process from documentation to analysis and reporting
• Prepare financial statements for monthly reports
