Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and innovative BIM Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will lead the development and implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes for architectural projects. They will work collaboratively with design teams, consultants, and contractors to create high-quality, data-driven models that enhance the design, coordination, and construction process.

Key Responsibilities:

1. BIM Implementation & Management:

• Develop, implement, and manage BIM execution plans across projects.
• Establish and maintain BIM standards and protocols in alignment with industry best practices.

2. Model Development & Coordination:

• Create and manage 3D models using software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and other BIM tools.
• Conduct clash detection and resolve coordination issues across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
• Ensure all models are accurate, consistent, and meet project requirements.

3. Collaboration & Communication:

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to integrate BIM workflows.
• Facilitate BIM coordination meetings and provide technical expertise to resolve design and construction challenges.

4. Documentation & Deliverables:

• Generate 2D drawings and construction documents from BIM models.
• Prepare detailed schedules, reports, and visualizations to support project communication.

5. Training & Support:

• Provide training and support to project teams on BIM tools and processes.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to continuously improve BIM strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in architectural design and BIM coordination.
• Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and Dynamo.
• Strong understanding of architectural design and construction processes.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
• Knowledge of national and international BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650) is a plus.
