Job Description
- Review and prepare invoices, ensuring accuracy and completeness of billing data.
- Dispatch and keep records of all the invoices generated along with the supporting documentation.
- Upload the invoices on customer portals.
- Respond to client inquiries regarding billing.
- Resolve billing issues, such as discrepancies or disputes, by communicating with clients and other stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate and complete billing records and reports.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely reporting and analysis.
- Complete other tasks as assigned by respective Manager.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3 years of previous experience in Billing or AR.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in using ERP software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel (Mid-Level User).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
