Job summary

A leading company in the HVAC sector is seeking a Billing Officer to oversee invoicing and collections. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, exceptional communication skills, and proficiency in both English and Arabic. Responsibilities include managing billing disputes, preparing final bills, and tracking transactions. A UAE driving license is required for this role.

• The billing officer will prepare and present customer invoices to the agreed monthly schedule.
• Billing exceptions need to be identified and passed on to the relevant resources with the concerned team for resolution.
• Escalation level for customer service where billing disputes arise.
• Final bills for clearance must be prepared.
• Occupier and move in and move out billing transactions need to be tracked and managed.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated experience preparing invoices and performing collections treatments.
• Exceptional understanding of both verbal and written English and Arabic.
• Previous background in accounting or an understanding of accounting principles.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Proven ability to manage mathematical tasks, spreadsheets and basic accounting ledgers.
• Experience working with ERP and accounting software.
• Should have UAE driving license.
