Qualifications

• Experience as water sports instructor or similar role.
• Certifications in First Aid, CPR, and water safety preferred.
• Strong swimming ability and physical fitness.
• Knowledge of water sports and safety protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Calm, quick decision-maker in emergencies.
• Multilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Instruct individuals and groups in water sports and adapt lessons to skill levels.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and equipment is used properly.
• Set up, maintain, and store water sports equipment.
• Monitor weather and water conditions to ensure safe operation.
• Provide excellent customer service and encourage guest participation.
• Respond to emergencies and provide basic first aid/CPR if needed.
• Promote water sports programs to guests.
