Job summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Tester on-site in Dubai to support testing activities, UAT coordination, defect management, and test documentation to ensure high-quality software delivery.

The ideal candidate should be bilingual in Arabic and English, have experience with test case design, execution, reporting, and working closely with developers, BA and project teams.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in software quality assurance or software testing.
• Good understanding of the software testing lifecycle and defect lifecycle.
• Experience in preparing and executing test cases and test scenarios.
• Ability to support UAT activities and coordinate with end users.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
• Bilingual communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Available to work on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute manual software testing activities based on business and technical requirements
• Prepare, review, and maintain test cases, test scripts, and test execution records
• Support User Acceptance Testing by coordinating with business users and project stakeholders
• Identify, document, track, and follow up on defects using defect management tools
• Work closely with developers, business analysts, and project teams to ensure timely issue resolution
• Validate fixes and perform regression testing when required
• Maintain accurate test documentation and provide regular testing status updates
• Ensure software solutions meet functional, usability, and quality requirements
• Communicate testing progress, risks, and issues clearly in both Arabic and English
