Scale AI is seeking a bilingual Product Designer to craft AI-driven experiences for government and enterprise clients across the Middle East. You will own the design process end-to-end, collaborating with product managers and engineers to ship impactful products quickly.

You will translate client feedback into concepts, lead stakeholder alignment, and deliver polished visual storytelling using AI tools like Cursor and Claude Design, grounded in research and data.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent in Arabic and English is a must.
• Degree in HCI, CS, or Graphic Design or equivalent.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating polished visual storytelling.

• Lead 0-1 design from concept to implementation with PMs/engineers.
• Develop concepts from feedback into compelling designs.
• Manage expectations and align stakeholders around design direction.
