Accor is seeking a Guest Relations Agent for Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on delivering outstanding guest service from check-in to check-out and acting as the primary contact for guests.

Fluency in English and Russian is required, with hospitality experience preferred, and the ability to liaise with multiple departments to ensure satisfaction. The position requires flexibility for shifts, weekends and holidays, and proficiency with hotel management software and

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in hospitality or front office.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, empathetic, and service-oriented personality.
• Proficient in using hotel management software and Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in English and Russian; additional languages are a plus.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and holidays as needed.
