We are seeking a Digital Copywriter/Senior Digital Copywriter to join our growing Copy and Translation team, crafting clear, engaging content across channels to uphold our brand voice.

You will translate complex product logic into actionable guidance for Help Center articles, campaigns, UX/UI copy, and system communications, collaborating with product, design, and marketing

Qualifications

• 3+ years of copywriting/UX writing content roles.
• Ability to translate complex product logic into user-friendly guidance.

Responsibilities

• Create clear content for Help Center articles and knowledge base entries.
• Craft original campaign messaging reflecting brand values and marketing objectives.
• Create engaging copy across channels including websites, emails, and UX/UI, following style guides.
• Edit and enhance existing content to align with marketing strategy and tone.
• Partner with Product Managers and Project Managers to deliver concise messaging for users and traders.
• Collaborate with UX designers, marketers, and SMEs to ensure content is on-brand and aligned with outcomes.
