Job Summary

The Bike Rider is responsible for accurately collecting, processing and submitting customer orders within specified timelines. The role requires frequent customer visits to carry out necessary biometric procedures such as fingerprint while upholding high standards of professionalism, confidentiality and data integrity. The Bike Rider ensures safe and efficient travel, timely execution of assigned tasks and exceptional customer support throughout the service process.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and submit customer orders accurately and promptly
• Visit customers to perform biometric procedures e.g. fingerprint capture with precision and confidentiality
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and provide excellent customer service during all interactions
• Ensure proper handling, accuracy and secure transfer of customer data and documents
• Follow safe riding practices and maintain the company's bike in good working conditions
• Plan and prioritize daily routes to maximize efficiency and meet deadlines
