Job summary

Arabian Gulf Facility Management LLC is hiring a delivery rider for urban routes in Dubai. You will handle document and package deliveries with emphasis on timeliness and quality service to clients and dispatchers.

The role requires riding proficiency, knowledge of Dubai traffic rules, and strong communication to coordinate with teams and customers. Hours include weekday shifts with weekend variation and on-site work in Dubai.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; certifications in logistics or urban cycling are a plus.
• 1-2 years of delivery/logistics experience, preferably urban.
• Proficiency in bike riding and knowledge of local traffic laws for safety and compliance.
• Strong communication to interact professionally with clients and team members.

Responsibilities

• Navigate city streets to deliver documents and packages ensuring timely arrivals and high service standards.
• Communicate with dispatchers and clients via mobile devices to confirm deliveries and address route changes.
• Maintain bike in excellent condition with regular checks on brakes, tires and gears for safety and reliability.
• Document delivery information accurately including times, addresses and special instructions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics or urban cycling is a plus
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a delivery or logistics role, preferably in an urban environment
• Proficiency in bike riding and knowledge of local traffic laws to ensure safety and compliance during deliveries
• Strong communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members, fostering a positive work environment
