Responsibilities

Our newest opportunity is for a talented Bid Pricing Manager, to join our award-winning team based in Dubai, UAE.

We envisage success in this role to include:

  • Review and interpret RFPs, scope documents, and pricing instructions with confidence and accuracy.
  • Raise and manage clarifications on commercial and contractual queries.
  • Assess and summarize key contract terms, risks, and obligations.
  • Liaise with internal divisions to collect relevant pricing and scope input.
  • Coordinate CV requirements and work closely with our award-winning talent acquisition team to source internal and external profiles.
  • Develop and populate KEO’s fee model in alignment with project scope and client expectations.
  • Prepare and present pricing proposals to KEO’s internal Investment Committee for major pursuits.
  • Collaborate with Executive Directors to formulate pricing strategies tailored to KSA, UAE, and Qatar markets.
  • Finalise and submit commercial files in coordination with the wider bid team.
  • Maintain accurate commercial records within the bid library for future reference.
Qualifications

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that you will bring a minimum of 12-15 years career experience with a Bachelor Degree and at least 3 years in a commercial bid/pricing role.

  • Background: PM/CM + mega project exposure preferred but not essential.
  • Skills:
    • Exceptional English communication skills are essential.
    • Confident in engaging with senior leadership.
    • Organized and capable of handling multiple deadlines under pressure.
  • Qualifications: Formal degree is not essential - demonstrated experience and results are what matter.
