Job Description

Provides guidance to the team in preparing the technical components of the proposal by reviewing initial section outlines to ensure that all RFP requirements are incorporated.

Secondary point of contact to bid members for questions related to RFP requirements.

Attend kick off/mid-bid meetings on behalf of Bid Manager, brief team; confirm proposed SPM/PM and initiate submission preparation process.

Research emerging technologies and continuously develop proposals and presentations, thereby maintaining a competitive advantage.

Work closely with Bid Manager to develop rebranded templates etc. and implement across the Bid team and beyond via initial workshop as well as refresher workshops to be managed and implemented by Senior Bid coordinator.

Develop presentations for pitches by Senior Management when required.

Managing maintenance of content library via SharePoint.

Client research to gain knowledge prior to compiling the tender in order to have a greater understanding of client needs and values.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Fresh Graduate in Marketing or minimum experience in Marketing Knowledge
• UAE National considered for the role reflecting the importance of local knowledge and cultural understanding in business relations.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English, enabling effective communication with diverse stakeholders and clients.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and graphic design software, demonstrating the ability to create visually appealing proposals and presentations.
