Company Profile

Our client is an architecture and interior design studio based in Dubai, founded in 2013. They have completed over 200+ Projects across the region in the last 11 years including the new flagship outlet for Five Guys in DXB Airport, retail outlets for Underground Sport and SJP shoes for none other than Sarah Jessica Parker, multiple mosques across different residential communities for Emaar and a string of luxury private residences.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end process of responding to RFIs and RFPs, ensuring timely and high-quality submissions.
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive library of bid templates, case studies, and standard content.
  • Keep all marketing collateral and digital portfolios updated with new projects and visuals.
  • Ensure the company website reflects the latest project work and brand updates.
  • Plan and coordinate project photo shoots upon completion, working with photographers and the design team.
  • Maintain and regularly update the Bid/Lead Tracker and CRM tools.
  • Upload and manage opportunities in internal systems and studio platforms.
  • Oversee client procurement portals, ensuring compliance with submission guidelines.
  • Collect and update team CVs, especially for new joiners, for use in proposals and credentials.
  • • Coordinate and compile award entries in alignment with studio achievements and deadlines.

Must-have Skills / Qualification:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Bid/RFP management
  • Background in Architectural or Interior Design firms
  • Proficient in Adobe InDesign
  • Experience in business development with international clients

Advantageous Skills:

  • Cebu-based candidates

Behavioral Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal English with a clear understanding of how to communicate professionally with high-end clients.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday- 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Philippine Time)
