We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Bid Manager to join a Dubai based architecture & design practice who have successfully designed and completed many luxury residential and hotel projects across the MEA region.

Our client is an international architecture & design practice who have been responsible for some of the most high-profile luxury residential and hotel design projects across the middle east region
Job responsibilities of the Bid Manager
As part of the company business development team, the role of the Bid Manager will be to work alongside internal and external stakeholders and focus on the winning new design work projects in Dubai and the middle east region.
Your role will typically include the following duties and responsibilities:
  • Bids Preparation, Bid Management, and Proposal Writing skills
  • Lead and manage the entire bid process, from initial tender review to submission.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, technical, legal, finance, etc.) to gather the necessary information for bid preparation
  • Analyze client requirements, project scope, and specifications to create competitive and compliant bids
  • Ensure all bids meet company standards, deadlines, and client expectations
  • Develop cost estimates, pricing strategies, and identify value-added services that strengthen bids
  • Manage the submission process, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timeliness.
  • Maintain and update the bid database, tracking all past bids, tender outcomes, and lessons learned.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth communication throughout the bid process
  • Support the project management team in overseeing the delivery of multiple projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
  • Coordinate project resources, including teams, contractors, and suppliers, ensuring that work is executed efficiently and safely.
The successful candidate background
  • Fluency in English is essential. Fluency in Arabic or other languages is an advantage but not essential
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience in bid management or project management
  • Excellent contacts in Dubai from the property sector, such as hotel groups, property development company etc
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple bids
