Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented
Bid Coordinator to join our team on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting our tendering and bid submission processes. This role requires prior experience with UAE procurement portals and a solid understanding of tender documentation standards in both public and private sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the full lifecycle of tender submissions, from document review to final submission.
- Analyze tender documents and ensure all requirements are met in the bid responses.
- Liaise with internal departments (e.g., commercial, technical, legal) to collect required information and documentation.
- Prepare, format, and compile all necessary documents according to client specifications.
- Manage online submissions via UAE tendering portals (e.g., Tejari, MOHRE, Abu Dhabi Government Procurement Portal, etc.).
- Track tender deadlines and ensure all deliverables are submitted on time.
- Maintain accurate records of submitted bids, feedback, and documentation for future reference.
- Assist with post-submission clarifications and documentation requests as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role, must have UAE experience.
- Familiarity with UAE e-tendering platforms and government procurement procedures is essential.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Immediate availability is highly preferred.
Salary: AED 4,000 – 5,000 per month
