Job Description

Role Overview :

We are seeking a proactive and organized Bid Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will support the bid management process, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality proposals. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, managing bid documentation, and contributing to the overall strategy to secure new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate the bid process from initiation to submission, ensuring all deadlines are met.
  • Liaise with internal teams, including technical experts, project managers, and marketing, to gather necessary information for proposals.
  • Prepare and organize bid documentation, including templates, CVs, case studies, and technical content.
  • Ensure compliance with client requirements and internal quality standards.
  • Assist in the development of bid strategies and win themes.
  • Maintain and update bid library resources.
  • Schedule and facilitate bid review meetings and follow up on action items.
  • Support post-submission activities, including client presentations and debriefs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the engineering, architecture, or consultancy sectors.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.
  • Team player with a collaborative approach.
