The Business Intelligence Analyst will be part of the Growth team and report directly to the Digital Analytics Manager. This role is instrumental in driving data-informed decisions by partnering closely with the Marketing team to collect, analyze, and interpret marketing and CRM data. The Analyst will identify performance trends, uncover growth opportunities, and deliver actionable insights that enhance customer acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies across digital channels.
Success in this role requires strong proficiency in digital marketing analytics, CRM data, web and mobile analytics, and data visualization. A solid understanding of statistical methods and the ability to translate complex data into clear, strategic recommendations is essential.
What You Will Be Doing
Support the Marketing team in strategic decision-making by analyzing campaign performance and customer behavior.Assist in the design and optimization of digital marketing strategies including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.Apply statistical techniques to improve the effectiveness of marketing activities.Drive the integration of new data sources and features into the analytics platform to enhance data capabilities.Collect and reconcile data from various sources such as marketing campaigns, CRM, web analytics, and sales.Build data models to blend and enrich collected data into actionable insights and data products.Design and develop intuitive dashboards and complex data visualizations based on UX best practices.Present findings and strategic recommendations to leadership in a clear and actionable format.Deliver data-driven recommendations and insights to marketing and business stakeholders.Create ad hoc reports and conduct custom analyses based on business needs.Communicate complex statistical concepts in a simple, accessible way for non-technical audiences.Continuously improve marketing data visibility and reporting accuracy.Stay current with best practices, tools, and innovations in business intelligence and marketing analytics.Create and maintain documentation including technical design, user requirements, and user guides.Support the Growth team on key analytics and data initiatives.Help drive improved data visibility across Ounass.Enable and champion data-driven decision-making across teams.Maintain high standards of data quality and integrity.What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Computer Science/Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics
- 5+ years in an analytical position
- A solid background in digital marketing and a deep understanding of key channels and performance metrics are essential.
- Experience working across digital platforms with a strong focus on mobile apps, particularly iOS, is essential. Proficiency in handling app data from Firebase and Google Analytics is required
- Experience with the Google Marketing Platform (Full 360 Suite) and familiarity with AI agents is preferred
- Strong grasp of UX principles in data visualization, with the ability to design and build robust, user-friendly dashboards.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Experience with BI visualization tools (Such as Tableau, Looker, QlikView etc.).
- Experience with tracking tools (Such as GA4, GTM, Mixpanel, Snowplow etc.)
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo) is a plus.
- Proficient in SQL.Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Effective communication and storytelling skills to influence stakeholders and drive decisions.
