Job Description: Beverage Specialist / Assistant

Responsibilities:

1. Ability to perform well under pressure while multi-tasking as a good team player.
2. Maintain records and report levels of usage stored properly.
3. Learn about menu items and memorize & develop new Mock Tail recipes.
4. Interact with guests & colleagues in a courteous, friendly, open, and honest manner.
5. Consistently be well-groomed & professional in appearance and wear the appropriate uniform.
6. Minimize operating costs by using all equipment and products in accordance with company guidelines.
7. Maintain the bar area by removing trash, cleaning surfaces, glasses, utensils, and equipment.
8. Must have excellent communication skills, flexibility, maintain personal hygiene, and interpersonal skills.
9. Evaluate new trends and competitors’ product offerings, and update the offerings accordingly.
10. Be innovative, suggesting new ideas and investigating new ways of providing services for our guests.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in the same role.
• Club / Restaurant group experience is mandatory.
• Number of Vacancies: 4.
• Location: Dubai.
• Languages: English & Arabic; other foreign languages are beneficial.
• Age Limit: Up to 30 years.

Salary Package: AED 2500 to AED 5500 plus attractive incentives.
