Job summary

Visa seeks an Analyst in Benefits Operations & Financial Analytics to drive end-to-end cost and performance reporting for all benefit categories, including lounge, concierge, insurance and dining. You will manage lounge benefit vendors, develop dashboards, and partner with Finance and cross-functional teams to optimize value delivery.

The role requires strong Excel/BI skills, financial analysis experience, and a proactive mindset for governance and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Economics or related field; 2 years of experience in financial analysis or ops, preferably in multinational or financial services.
• Outstanding analytical and quantitative skills with ability to work with large datasets and structured analyses.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting, forecasting and P&L concepts.
• Experience with financial systems/tools (advanced Excel; TM1/Hyperion a plus).

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end cost and performance reporting for all benefit categories (lounge, concierge, insurance, dining and new benefits).
• Support lounge benefit vendor management to ensure high service standards.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and monthly/quarterly performance reports; analyze trends and ROI.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sourcing, Product, Operations and Technology to align on KPIs and data requirements.
• Identify opportunities to optimize financial processes, tooling, and governance for benefits operations.
