Job Responsibilities

1. Set up and calibrate bending machines according to specific production requirements, ensuring precision and efficiency.
2. Monitor the bending process to detect irregularities and make real-time adjustments to maintain quality standards.
3. Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine proper specifications for each bending task.
4. Perform routine maintenance on bending machines and troubleshoot mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
5. Execute quality control checks on finished products, inspecting for accuracy and compliance with client specifications.
6. Document production metrics, including material usage and machine performance, to track efficiency and output.
