Guest experience is a true British heritage and history with a visit to one of the world's most celebrated ocean liners, now permanently docked in the new marina at Dubai's Port Rashid in the UAE.

Job Description
  • Greet and welcome guests.
  • Assist guests with luggage and maintain the luggage room and long-term luggage store in a neat and orderly manner.
  • Maintain VIP/Group and individual arrivals reports.
  • Attend to inquiries and provide accurate information to guests.
  • Determine and ensure compliance with all key control policies and manage all safe deposit boxes for guests.
  • Evaluate the daily status of all hotel operations and coordinate with various departments such as reservation, sales, and housekeeping to ensure an optimal level of guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Opera property management system.
  • Ability to focus on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Hospitality background preferred.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
