Professional Appearance and Conduct

Follow the Hotels Grooming policy and present a professional and well-groomed appearance at all times.

Ability to work under supervision, polite and helpful to colleagues and guests, receptive to feedback, good communication skills, friendly, enthusiastic, and willing to learn.

Good spoken and written English skills.

Maintain a positive, motivated, friendly, and trustworthy outlook while on duty.

Comply with all HR policies regarding timekeeping, requests for time off, sickness, absence, and conduct.

Represent the hotel professionally at all times.

Ensure high product and area knowledge, personalize guest interactions using their names, and adhere to protocol and proper address forms.

Understand and exceed guest expectations and needs, interact effectively with multicultural clientele.

Guest Assistance and Hotel Policies

Assist arriving guests, monitor the Valet team, support runners, and ensure luggage assistance without leaving doors unattended.

Provide guests with hotel facilities information and directions.

Support hotel health & safety policies, handle customer complaints empathetically, and maintain high standards of quality and organization.

Support security policies, ensure equipment and supplies are well-maintained, and promote energy conservation and environmental protection.
