Job Description

We are currently seeking passionate and dynamic guest-focused Front Office professionals who pride themselves on their ability to deliver extraordinary levels of customer service and provide creative solutions to our guests.

As a Bellboy, you are responsible for providing professional and customer-focused service to our guests, ensuring their stay is memorable. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Receiving guests in a professional and friendly manner, exceeding guest expectations from arrival through to departure
  • Maintaining effective communication with all related departments to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Keeping up-to-date knowledge of the hotel and local services
  • Monitoring guest profiles through the Opera guest profile system
  • Carrying guest luggage from the arrival point to the room and from the room to departure point at check-out
  • Handling all messages, mail, and packages for guests and employees, ensuring timely and professional delivery
  • Delivering morning newspapers to rooms
  • Delivering guest messages and other deliveries promptly and professionally
  • Ensuring the concierge desk and storeroom are clean, tidy, and well-organized

Skills, Education, Qualifications & Experiences

Ideally, you should have a diploma in hospitality or vocational training in the concierge section of a hotel. Good English communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities are essential.
