Job Description

Join our team as a Bell Attendant in the vibrant city of Dubai, United Arab Emirates! We're looking for a friendly and professional individual to be the first point of contact for our esteemed guests. As a Bell Attendant, you'll play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring our guests' comfort from the moment they arrive.

  • Greet guests warmly and assist them with their luggage upon arrival and departure
  • Provide timely and efficient delivery of guests' belongings to their rooms
  • Offer personalized orientation of guest rooms, highlighting key features and amenities
  • Maintain a strong presence in the lobby, serving as a brand ambassador for our property
  • Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally
  • Assist with valet parking services when required
  • Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and transportation in Dubai
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the bell desk and luggage storage areas
  • Collaborate with other departments to address guest needs and resolve any issues
  • Adhere to all safety and security protocols while handling guests' belongings

Qualifications

  • Proven experience of at least 2 years as a Bell Attendant in a luxury hotel or resort
  • Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor
  • Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English; additional languages are a plus
  • Physical fitness to handle luggage and stand for extended periods
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure
  • Professional appearance and impeccable grooming standards
  • Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues
  • In-depth knowledge of Dubai's attractions, dining scene, and local culture
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Proficiency in using hotel management software and point-of-sale systems
  • Valid UAE driver's license (preferred)
