Qualifications

Join our team as a Bell Attendant in the vibrant city of Dubai United Arab Emirates! Were looking for a friendly and professional individual to be the first point of contact for our esteemed guests. As a Bell Attendant youll play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring our guests comfort from the moment they arrive.

  • Greet guests warmly and assist them with their luggage upon arrival and departure
  • Provide timely and efficient delivery of guests belongings to their rooms
  • Offer personalized orientation of guest rooms highlighting key features and amenities
  • Maintain a strong presence in the lobby serving as a brand ambassador for our property
  • Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally
  • Assist with valet parking services when required
  • Provide information about local attractions dining options and transportation in Dubai
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the bell desk and luggage storage areas
  • Collaborate with other departments to address guest needs and resolve any issues
  • Adhere to all safety and security protocols while handling guests belongings

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience of at least 2 years as a Bell Attendant in a luxury hotel or resort
  • Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor
  • Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English; additional languages are a plus
  • Physical fitness to handle luggage and stand for extended periods
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment while maintaining composure
  • Professional appearance and impeccable grooming standards
  • Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues
  • Indepth knowledge of Dubais attractions dining scene and local culture
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Proficiency in using hotel management software and pointofsale systems
  • Valid UAE drivers license (preferred)
