- Provide direct nursing care to patients at home, including medication administration, wound care, IV therapy, catheter care, and other skilled nursing procedures.
- Monitor and assess the patient’s condition, vital signs, and response to treatment.
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) where applicable.
- Educate patients and family members on treatment plans, medications, and self-care techniques.
2. Care Planning & Documentation
- Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized care plans in coordination with the healthcare team.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and detailed patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations and company standards.
- Report any changes in the patient’s condition to the physician and management promptly.
3. Safety & Compliance
- Follow infection prevention and control measures during all procedures.
- Adhere to local health authority regulations, professional nursing standards, and company policies.
- Handle medical equipment and supplies according to safety guidelines.
4. Communication & Coordination
- Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with patients, families, and caregivers.
- Participate in case conferences, training, and staff meetings as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing.
- Valid DHA / DOH / MOH license or eligibility (as per UAE requirements).
- Minimum 1–2 years of nursing experience (home care experience preferred).
- Proficient in clinical nursing skills, patient education, and emergency response.
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
