The Beauty Therapist is responsible for delivering advanced skincare and aesthetic treatments, ensuring exceptional client care, hygiene, and service quality. The role also includes advising clients on skincare regimens and supporting the clinic’s operational and promotional initiatives.

2. Key Responsibilities

A. Treatment Delivery

• Perform a range of treatments including facials, body therapies, laser hair removal, peels, and non-invasive procedures.
• Conduct thorough skin consultations to recommend appropriate services and homecare.
• Follow clinical protocols and adhere to health and safety standards.

B. Client Experience

• Deliver outstanding service throughout the client journey.
• Educate clients on aftercare, skincare products, and treatment benefits.
• Manage client concerns professionally and maintain accurate treatment records.
• Recommend and upsell treatment packages and skincare products.
• Stay updated on emerging beauty trends and technologies.
• Contribute to retail and service sales targets.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and well-organized treatment area.
• Follow infection control and safety guidelines rigorously.
• Ensure compliance with UAE health authority regulations (DHA/DOH/MOH).

E. Team & Clinic Support

• Attend team briefings, trainings, and assist with clinic events or campaigns.
• Support reception or client service during high-traffic periods if needed.

3. Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Diploma/Certification in Beauty Therapy, Aesthetics, or Cosmetology.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in a clinic, medspa, or similar setting.
• License: DHA/DOH/MOH licensed or eligible.
• Language: Proficient in English; Arabic is a plus.
