Chalhoub Group is seeking a People Partner Trainee for our Beauty portfolio in the UAE. You will support HR operations, onboarding, and employee experience, coordinating with UAE and Bahrain teams while navigating SAP and Drive.

This role emphasizes Emiratisation and national talent initiatives. You will engage with employees across offices and retail locations, bringing creativity to engagement ideas and maintaining accurate personnel records.

Qualifications

• UAE National with a Family Book.
• A genuine interest in Human Resources, People & Culture, Employee Experience, or Emiratisation.
• An approachable, sociable personality with confidence engaging employees across different teams and levels.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including basic reporting, Pivot Tables, and VLOOKUP.
• Creativity and an interest in developing employee engagement ideas.
• Flexibility to engage with employees across offices and retail locations.
• Curiosity, adaptability, and openness to coaching and feedback.

Responsabilités

• Support daily HR administration, recruitment coordination, employee documentation, and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate employee records, trackers, and operational reports.
• Assist with purchase orders, reporting, and administrative activities supporting UAE and Bahrain operations.
• Learn to navigate internal HR systems, including SAP and Drive, with guidance from experienced team members.
• Coordinate with People teams and business stakeholders to support employee-related activities.
• Develop onboarding communications and activities for new joiners within Beauty.
• Support onboarding communications, activities, and employee follow-ups.
• Help ensure new employees receive the information and support they need throughout their onboarding journey.
• Contribute ideas to continuously improve the employee experience.
• Plan and participate in Emiratisation and national talent initiatives.
• Assist in frontline engagement and store visits to understand the employee experience.
