Job summary

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment and onboarding activities across stores and offices.
• Coordinate with Talent Acquisition, People Partners, and line managers throughout the hiring process.
• Assist in employee engagement programs, onboarding journeys, store visits, and UAE National initiatives.
• Maintain personnel records, trackers, and prepare simple reports and updates.
• Contribute ideas to strengthen the employee experience and UAE National community.
