What you'll be doing

Our Beauty Consultant is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and using appropriate sales techniques and product knowledge to reach sales targets. Responsibilities include maintaining counter cleanliness, stock replenishment, handling new launches, promoting products, and merchandising. The role also requires maintaining high standards of grooming.

1. Build and maintain guest experience standards to foster loyalty.
2. Address customer queries regarding products, prices, availability, uses, and services.
3. Communicate with customers to assess needs, provide assistance, and exceed expectations.
4. Advise on product ranges suited to customer needs.
5. Demonstrate usage and benefits of various brands and products.
6. Generate sales and achieve line and sales targets using makeup knowledge.
7. Track sell-out targets at store level.
8. Generate daily sales reports.
9. Participate in achieving incentives.
10. Monitor post-launch sales.
11. Ensure merchandising aligns with brand guidelines.
12. Replenish stock appropriately and report shortages.
13. Ensure proper stock receipt procedures.
