Job summary

Aldar Hospitality is hiring a Receptionist / Cashier for Mamsha Beach. You’ll manage guest arrivals, reservations, and payments, delivering exceptional service at the beach entrance or reception.

Experience in hospitality, cash handling, and POS systems is required. You will ensure smooth guest flow, accurate billing, and a welcoming first impression, with opportunities for development in a dynamic, luxury-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in reception, cashiering, or customer service.
• Experience with POS systems and basic cash handling.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• MS Office and reservation systems basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival.
• Manage check-in and check-out for beach access, cabanas, and reservations.
• Handle cash, credit cards, and digital transactions accurately and securely.
• Issue receipts, manage the POS system, and maintain proper financial records.
• Assist guests with inquiries, reservations, and general information about beach services and facilities.
• Coordinate with beach operations, F&B, and cabana teams to ensure smooth guest service.
• Maintain a neat, organized, and welcoming reception area.
• Handle guest complaints and elevate issues when necessary.
• Ensure all daily transactions are balanced and reconciled at the end of the shift.
• Promote and upsell beach packages, cabanas, and additional services when appropriate.
