What you'll do

You’ll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:

• You will contribute to the processes and activities that create and promote the Dorchester Collection culture, values and the Company Philosophy “We Care” to life, ensuring our employees and guests receive the best experience.
• You will create real connections and meaningful relationships by utilizing collective intelligence from all sources.
• A Beach Host is entrusted with maintaining the cleanliness of the Beach, Pool and Wellness Area. While trained, you maintain your purpose: to create lifelong memories for our Residents and their families at One at Palm Jumeirah, ensuring guests receive the best experience.
• Assist with beverage delivery, open/close responsibilities and preparing the beach area for residents and their families, including set-up and breakdown of sun loungers and maintaining all areas for a seamless, luxurious experience.
• Occasionally accommodate special requests involving guests and special occasions.
• Our values of Passion, Personality, Respect, Working Together and Creativity guide us daily. As a Beach Host you’ll bring these to life and contribute to our legacy.
• Communicate across departments to ensure alignment and smooth operations.

What you'll bring

• Your unique personality and passion for the role and the team.
• High empathy, resilience, guest-centric approach, confidence, clear communication, ability to manage multiple relationships and tasks, generosity, brand passion, problem-solving, curiosity, cultural awareness, and a proactive, above-and-beyond mindset.
• English is the primary language used in our residences; comfortable communication in English.
• Previous Beach Attendant experience is preferred; high English proficiency and additional languages are an advantage.
