Job summary

Aldar Hospitality's Leisure Cluster is seeking a Fitness Trainer to deliver high-quality fitness services to beach club guests and members, creating a safe, engaging, and results-driven environment. The role focuses on personalized training, group classes, and promoting a healthy lifestyle aligned with the beach club’s luxury experience.

Qualifications

• Certification in Fitness Training (REPs/NASM/ACE) required.
• CPR & First Aid certification mandatory.
• Experience in fitness or hospitality environment (beach club/resort preferred).
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one personal training sessions tailored to guest needs and fitness levels.
• Lead group fitness classes such as yoga, HIIT, aqua fitness, stretching, or beach workouts.
• Assess clients’ fitness levels, goals and health conditions before designing programs.
• Ensure proper use of gym and beach fitness equipment and maintain safety standards.
• Actively engage with guests on the beach and poolside to promote fitness activities and services.
• Provide guidance on exercise techniques, injury prevention, and basic nutrition.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of fitness areas, including outdoor spaces.
• Monitor guest progress and provide ongoing motivation and support.
• Collaborate with Spa, Recreation and F&B to enhance guest experience.
