Job Responsibilities:
- Providing excellent customer service to beachgoers by greeting and assisting them in a friendly manner.
- Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the beach area by collecting and disposing of trash, as well as organizing beach chairs, umbrellas, etc.
- Ensuring the safety of beachgoers by enforcing beach rules and regulations, monitoring water conditions, and reporting incidents or emergencies to proper authorities.
- Assisting with various beach activities and events such as volleyball, water sports, or concerts.
- Providing information and directions to beach visitors regarding nearby amenities such as restaurants, restrooms, or parking areas.
- Performing routine equipment maintenance, such as cleaning and storing beach chairs, umbrellas, and other rental equipment.
- Assisting with beach patrol duties such as lifesaving or search and rescue operations as needed.
- Participating in the smooth running of daily operations to achieve high guest satisfaction.
Additional Qualifications:
- Complete knowledge of the products and services offered by the hotel.
- Leading the implementation of health and safety codes, with particular attention to child safety.
- Maintaining all equipment in a clean and well-maintained condition.
- Developing and maintaining a strong working relationship with other departments.
- Driving revenue for the department.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of experience, preferably in a 5-star property.
