Position Overview

Organizational Group: MCO

Global Job Title: BDS EDS and Training Manager

Scope: To develop and lead the Employee Training Program in the MENA region, supporting sales growth and collaborating with RCO leaders. To assist BDM EDS in achieving business growth in the region.

Reporting Structure

This role reports directly to the BDM - EDS and has matrix relationships with related departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop regional training strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Assess sales team skills and needs through observations and feedback.
• Provide coaching to enhance sales performance.
• Create personalized coaching plans and targeted training.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Engage managers and leaders in development plans.
• Conduct sales training and product knowledge checks.
• Support distributor sales staff training and business development strategies.
• Coordinate clinical education activities and utilize DS Academy resources.

Additional Responsibilities

• Manage training budgets and curricula development.
• Develop relationships with professional organizations and universities.
• Identify training needs based on feedback and market trends.
