Job Duties and Qualifications

1. Under general supervision, provides well site service to customers.
2. Applies knowledge from formal training in fluids chemistry, volume and hydraulics calculations, routine and specialized testing, separation equipment theory, and well site service delivery.
3. Conducts and interprets testing results to provide technical solutions.
4. Operates separation and waste management equipment, understanding their impact on fluid performance.
5. Collaborates with fluids and equipment supervisors and technical professionals.
6. Demonstrates knowledge of company products, rig operations, and related technologies.
7. Maintains professional conduct as a Halliburton representative, fostering good relationships with operators and rig personnel.
8. Prepares and tracks inventory of Baroid products and equipment spares based on drilling needs.
9. Complies with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
10. Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's Degree in STEM or related field is preferred.
11. Requires completion of the Baroid Core Training Course or equivalent, and at least 6 months of related experience.
