About the Client: A premium bakery brand, in Dubai known for its handcrafted pastries, breads, and exceptional desserts that blend classic French flavors with contemporary innovation.

Job Description:
  1. Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients (corporate accounts, hotels, cafes, restaurants, catering services, etc.) and partnerships.
  2. Identify new revenue streams including events, catering, wholesale, retail expansion, and online platforms.
  3. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and emerging customer needs.
  4. Prepare and present business proposals, pitch presentations, and customized product offerings.
Qualifications:
  1. Open to Emirati nationality
  2. Female, 35 to 45 years old
  3. At least 5 years’ experience in business development or sales within the same industry
  4. Proven track record of generating leads, closing deals, and achieving revenue targets and must have knowledge in UAE food market and industry trends
