We are seeking a seasoned Practice Lead for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to oversee delivery, mentor consultants, and shepherd large BC implementations from discovery through go-live.

Qualifications

• 7+ years implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or related ERP in consulting.
• 2+ years in leadership, practice management, or team lead roles.
• Proven ability to balance billable delivery with practice management.
• Strong knowledge of BC core modules: Finance, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing.
• Excellent client-facing communication and executive presence.
• Accountability-driven leadership style.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day practice operations including utilization tracking, project oversight, and team coordination.
• Mentor a team of BC consultants and developers.
• Act as liaison between BC practice, Sales, and ISV partners.
• Define and uphold delivery methodology, quality standards, and best practices.
• Report on practice KPIs: utilization, pipeline, customer satisfaction.
• Lead discovery and requirements sessions with client stakeholders.
• Design and oversee configuration, customization, and integration in Business Central.
• Guide clients through process re-engineering, data migration, go-live readiness.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day practice operations, including utilization tracking, project oversight, and team coordination
• Manage and mentor a team of BC consultants and developers
• Serve as the primary liaison between the BC practice, Sales, and ISV partners
• Define and uphold delivery methodology, quality standards, and best practices
• Report on practice KPIs including utilization, pipeline, and customer satisfaction
• Serve as lead consultant or solution architect on active Business Central implementations
• Lead discovery and requirements-gathering sessions with client stakeholders
• Design and oversee configuration, customization, and integration solutions within Business Central
• Guide clients through process re-engineering, data migration, and go-live readiness

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or broader Microsoft ERP platforms in a consulting environment
• 2+ years in a leadership, practice management, or team lead capacity
• Proven ability to balance billable delivery with practice management
• Strong grasp of BC core modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing
• Excellent client-facing communication skills and executive presence
• Accountability-driven leadership style

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft certifications such as MB-800 or MB-700
• Experience developing repeatable accelerators, IP, or industry-specific BC service offerings
• Experience working within the Microsoft and ISV partner ecosystem
